Scallops dig the gently sloping, sandy seabed of Rye Bay, and in late winter / early spring, they’re at his best.

Across the town you’ll find food tastings, demo’s, interesting menus  – even a race.

Scallops will be the star of the show – but known for generosity of spirit – they’ll be giving up the stage to a strong supporting cast throughout the evening including lobster, steak, and others items of a delicious nature.
